Manager - Financial Reporting Specialist

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to take on a pivotal role in regulatory reporting. As Manager - Regulatory Reporting, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality reports that meet the requirements of various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting and Analysis: Manage and support the timely delivery of reporting deliverables within the Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) Regulatory Reporting team. This includes performing monthly BAU CCR Reporting and production deliverables, capturing review points, and ensuring sign-off.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders, including Change Delivery, IT, and other business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality releases into production. This involves documenting requirements, prioritization, and subsequent end-to-end regression testing.
- Process Improvement: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of CCR Regulatory Reporting processes and relevant CRD IV / CRR Rules. Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in change and automation initiatives.
As a successful candidate, you will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and a thorough understanding of regulatory reporting requirements.
