Our team is looking for a skilled professional to join our Global Accounting Ops Center as a Financial Analyst. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to support the Treasury team across various areas, including capital markets, investment portfolio analysis, and new and existing venture support.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior finance experience to take their skills to the next level. You will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality results and interacting with various finance teams throughout the company.

Responsibilities:

  • You will partner with other finance groups and teams to analyze and report short-term and long-term cash forecasts, supporting investment and capital structure strategy.
  • You will provide forecast and support to the Global Treasury/Ventures teams regarding financial forecasts used in each financial outlook.
  • You will be responsible for all capital markets ad-hoc analysis and transactions, including capital structure and allocation analysis, share repurchases, and bank group support.
  • You will also support the company's ventures process, including funding for new investments and tracking financial health for existing investments.
  • You will work closely with HQ and global region teams, interacting regularly to review progress, drive transition calls, and document processes for all activities.

Requirements:

  • A Master's in finance from a reputable business school or qualified CA.
  • 7+ years of experience in Treasury or Financial Analysis.
  • Proficiency in Oracle, Cognos TM1, or similar finance system tools.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
  • Experience with Bloomberg is a plus. Strong interest in financial markets.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to review processes and support teams.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskill with tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Flexible for evening calls for reviews and transition calls on a regular basis with global teams.
