As a Quality Assurance Leader, you will be responsible for heading the Quality Assurance team and implementing our quality management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify that our quality policy is being adhered to.
  • Ensure our quality management system complies with ISO 9001:1994 and company policies.
  • Support other managers in the effective operation of our quality management system.
  • Train, educate, and ensure all personnel within the department adhere to quality management system requirements.
  • Implement corrective actions in a timely and effective manner.
  • Address customer complaints and assist in establishing statistical process control measurement and reporting.
  • Resolve quality-related disputes.
  • Represent the organization on quality-related matters.
  • Report progress and outcomes of quality management initiatives to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:1994 Design Control.
  • Assist in evaluating subcontractors.
  • Authorize corrective action on non-compliances within the quality management system.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Textile or Quality Management.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Quality Assurance role in a textile unit.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
