Fabric Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Fabric Quality Assurance Specialist to conduct on-site visits to various knitting units for the purpose of inspecting knitted fabrics, ensuring quality standards, identifying defects or inconsistencies, and delivering comprehensive reports directly to company leadership.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in knitting processes and fabric types, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular on-site inspections of knitted fabrics at multiple locations.
  • Verify compliance with design specifications, yarn quality, gauge, GSM, color, and finishing standards.
  • Identify issues such as holes, streaks, oil marks, yarn problems, or improper tension.
  • Communicate effectively with unit supervisors to understand their processes and resolve concerns.
  • Take photographs and measurements where needed to support evaluations.
  • Prepare clear, structured, and accurate fabric inspection reports for company leaders.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and defect prevention.
