Job Title: Performance Marketing SpecialistAbout the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our user acquisition efforts across the full lifecycle of our mobile games. This is a key role that will involve developing and executing strategies to drive growth, optimize creative assets, and analyze data to inform decision-making.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in mobile performance marketing, with experience in free-to-play games and a deep understanding of attribution and analytics platforms. They will be able to develop and execute end-to-end UA strategies, run prototype and soft-launch tests, and take titles to market.

This role will also involve working closely with designers and agencies to brief, test, and iterate video ads, playables, and other ad formats, as well as owning app store optimization experiments and conversion analysis to increase install quality and reduce CPI.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, be able to present complex analyses in clear and actionable ways, and have a high ownership and rapid experimentation mindset.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end UA strategies for our mobile games
  • Run prototype and soft-launch tests to validate product-market fit and measure CPI and early retention
  • Optimize creative assets and targeting to improve ROI and LTV
  • Partner with designers and agencies to brief, test, and iterate video ads, playables, and other ad formats
  • Own app store optimization experiments and conversion analysis to increase install quality and reduce CPI
  • Scale winning titles across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and DSPs/ad networks
  • Implement and use attribution and analytics tools to perform cohort analysis, LTV modelling, and build dashboards that inform decisions
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in mobile performance marketing / user acquisition, with demonstrable experience in free-to-play games
  • Proven experience running prototype and soft-launch UA tests and taking titles to market
  • Strong working knowledge of attribution and analytics platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, GameAnalytics) and BI/dashboarding tools
  • Channel expertise across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and familiarity with DSPs/ad networks (Unity, ironSource, Vungle, etc.)
  • Deep analytical capability: comfortable with cohort analysis, funnel conversion metrics, LTV modelling, and tracking long-term unit economics
  • Practical creative testing experience – able to brief creatives, evaluate results, and iterate
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
