Digital Marketing Growth Lead – Mobile Apps and Games

Location: I-10/3, Islamabad

Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite

About the Role

We are looking for a results-oriented, data-driven Digital Marketing Growth Lead to drive the growth and visibility of our digital channel apps and games. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns focused on acquiring and engaging users.

Key Responsibilities

Channel/App Store Optimization for TV and Mobile App Stores

  • Optimize app discovery through app store optimization (ASO), app naming, descriptive copy, keywords, and metadata.
  • Oversee the creation and refinement of engaging visuals and branding for applications.

Email Marketing

  • Design and run email campaigns that target, engage, and retain users.
  • Segment customer lists and use analytics to boost open and conversion rates.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across the company website, landing pages, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Utilize social media channels to build brand awareness, engage target audiences, and implement strategies to maximize digital reach and discoverability.
  • Implement and manage SEO for landing pages to improve organic search visibility and user acquisition.

Community & Influencer Engagement

  • Lead influencer marketing campaigns and forge partnerships with relevant brands and channels.
  • Collaborate with communities on Discord, YouTube, and other platforms to promote apps and drive organic growth through authentic engagement.

Cross Promotion Campaigns across Products

  • Develop and manage campaigns that cross-promote products within the company's portfolio to maximize user engagement and overall app ecosystem growth.

Advertising Campaign

  • Develop, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across digital channels, including programmatic and social media.
  • Oversee ad spend, run A/B tests, and refine campaigns to maximize ROI and user acquisition.

Analytics & Data-Driven Growth

  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs such as installs, activations, retention, engagement, and ROI.
  • Use analytics-driven insights to continuously improve strategies and inform leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with app or streaming platform focus.
  • Proven experience in app store optimization (ASO) and digital channel marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in multi-channel campaigns, including paid media.
  • Strong knowledge of ASO and digital content promotion.
  • Skilled with Google Analytics.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
  • Creative, analytical, and passionate about digital marketing innovation.

Preferred

  • Experience with universal search or recommendation features.
  • Success in influencer and partnership marketing for digital content.
