Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our AI-powered customer engagement solutions, and scheduling product demos.
The primary responsibility of this role is to build strong relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions that meet their requirements. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and achieve targets for demo bookings and sales conversions.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a high level of professionalism, resilience, and politeness, even in the face of rejection. You will also need to be self-motivated and ambitious, driven by commission-based incentives.
In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, and native or near-native English proficiency. You will also need to have a proven ability to book appointments and close deals, as well as experience with HubSpot CRM.
