About This Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our technology risk and issue management efforts. This is a key role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and document comprehensive issue management processes and methodologies.

  • Lead efforts to centralize control gaps and issues in our GRC tool.

  • Log, track, monitor, and remediate control gaps and issues.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure issues are clearly articulated and mapped to appropriate risk categories.

  • Identify mitigating controls through proper risk assessments.

  • Provide periodic reporting of issues to senior management.

  • Analyze data to demonstrate trends of progress made in issue remediation.

  • Conduct meetings to discuss issues and risk remediation plans.

  • Lead efforts in risk exception and risk acceptance processes.

  • Monitor risk acceptance scenarios and report to appropriate committees.

  • Prepare comprehensive PowerPoint presentations on issue management processes.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business, or information technology.

  • At least 5 years of experience in technology risk management and internal controls implementation.

  • Proven ability to convey complex risk topics to varied audiences.

  • Successful track record in a global environment with strong relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
