**About the Role**

We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity leader to fill the position of Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). As a CISO, you will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the bank's information assets. You will lead a team of information security professionals and develop strategies to mitigate risks and prevent cyber threats.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and align policies with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior management and board members to provide guidance on security matters.
  • Foster a culture of security within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry certifications like CISM, CISSP, etc.
  • Minimum 10-15 years experience in the Financial Services Sector with preferably 8 years in the Banking sector in the field of Information Security Management.
