  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, adhering to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Cash Flow Management: Optimize liquidity to meet operational needs, implementing strategies to efficiently manage working capital.
  • Risk Management: Assess financial risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and oversee insurance policies to protect against financial risks.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Compliance and Audit: Ensure all financial activities comply with local regulations and industry standards, coordinating with external auditors as necessary.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with 5+ years in a managerial position within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local regulatory frameworks, corporate taxation, financial reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
