As a seasoned software engineer, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance our frontend applications. This role offers the opportunity to advance our development stack and ensure scalability as we continue to grow our user base.

In this position, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with engineers, tech leads, QA team, and design team to drive innovation and continuous improvement of our industry-leading platform.
  • Developing elegant solutions for complex problems and writing clean, maintainable code following best practices.
  • Mentoring and providing guidance to peers in a pair-programming environment.

You will require a deep understanding of product architecture and be able to effectively communicate the position of your product stream within it.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in JavaScript and frontend technologies.
  • Proven experience in React with at least 4 years in a production-level role.
  • Strong understanding of state management libraries like Redux.
  • Experience optimizing and profiling React applications for performance.
  • Familiarity with MVC frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of build tools such as Webpack and package management tools like Yarn and NPM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
