We are seeking an experienced Frontend Engineering Manager to architect and mentor our Frontend Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with React.js and possess strong skills in architecture design, performance optimization, and scalability improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor a team of frontend engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence.
  • Design and optimize scalable frontend solutions using React.js.
  • Work closely with backend teams to ensure seamless API integrations.
  • Drive performance optimizations, improving load times and rendering efficiency.
  • Implement best practices for frontend development and code quality.
  • Oversee the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Product, UX, and Backend teams to enhance user experiences.
  • Ensure high availability and scalability of frontend systems.
  • Conduct regular code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and champion engineering excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with React.js, including state management and component-based architecture.
  • Proficiency in PHP and experience working with backend APIs.
  • Solid understanding of frontend architecture and performance optimization principles.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern frontend build tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
