Job Description

Unlock Community Knowledge with AI-Powered Solutions

  • Design and implement cutting-edge LLM-based chatbots and agents using frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain.
  • Develop scalable microservices to serve AI models, leveraging FastAPI/Flask technology.
  • Optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases (FAISS, Chroma) for improved performance.
  • Streamline model deployment and tracking using MLflow, ensuring proper versioning and metric logging.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and containerization using Docker, promoting efficient workflow management.
  • Establish experiment tracking, hyperparameter tuning, and structured model evaluation for data-driven insights.
  • Enhance dataset preprocessing, embedding creation, and memory optimization in inference flows for seamless integration.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Python development, including API building using FastAPI or Flask.
  • 2+ years of expertise in LangChain / LangGraph / Crew ai for chatbot/agent development.
  • Proficiency in vector stores (FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone or any other vdb) and RAG architectures.
  • Familiarity with transformer models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code and ensure high-quality documentation.

Nice to Have:

  • Understanding of MLOps best practices, including MLflow for tracking and deployments.
  • Experience with Docker, Git, and cloud-based or local deployment workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field.

Work Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in AI, Agentic AI.

Preferred Working Style: Collaborative, innovative, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual.
