Job Title: Product Lead – AI Innovation

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to spearhead our Generative AI (GenAI) product development. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision, roadmap, and strategy for GenAI-powered solutions.

  • Align product direction with market opportunities, customer needs, and business objectives.

  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to ensure seamless development and delivery of AI features.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Product Management, or related field.

  • 8 to 12+ years of experience in product management, including hands-on experience with GenAI or AI/ML-powered solutions.

  • Strong understanding of Generative AI tools and platforms (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, etc.).

  • Proven track record of launching successful AI-driven products across web or enterprise platforms.

  • Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work model based in Lahore, Karachi, or Islamabad.

  • Frequent travel to UAE for short-term client engagements may be required.
