Job Title: Supply Chain Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to oversee our company's supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, along with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.

About the Role

This is a mid-senior level position responsible for optimizing supply chain processes, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

The successful candidate will be able to develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Supply Chain Strategies: To optimize efficiency and minimize costs
  • Manage Procurement Activities: Including vendor selection and negotiation
  • Oversee Inventory Management: To maintain adequate stock levels while minimizing excess
  • Monitor and Analyze Supply Chain Performance Metrics: For improvements

  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations and Standards: To maintain high standards of quality and style
  • Lead and Develop a Team of Supply Chain Professionals: To achieve excellence
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Related Field: With a strong foundation in supply chain management principles and practices
  • 8 to 10 Years of Relevant Experience: In supply chain management, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics
  • Strong Leadership and Managerial Skills: To lead and motivate a team of professionals
  • Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: To analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Supply Chain Management Software and Tools: To leverage technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness
