Driving Digital Marketing Growth with Paid Advertising
About the RoleThis senior level position is ideal for professionals passionate about data-driven marketing strategies and e-commerce growth.
Main Responsibilities- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns on various platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, Tiktok, and YouTube.
- Analyze ad performance using key metrics such as return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Develop strategic audience segmentation plans to drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with creative teams to design high-performing ad creatives that meet business objectives.
- Optimize budgets based on performance data and market trends to ensure maximum ROI.
- Monitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly ad spend versus revenue generation to inform future marketing decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in paid digital marketing, preferably with a focus on performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Tiktok Ads, as well as strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
