Senior Executive Leader

Key Responsibilities- Formulate and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Develop and monitor financial strategies to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage capital requests and budgeting processes to achieve organizational objectives.
- Establish performance measures that support the company's strategic direction.
- Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.
- Maintain close relationships with all members of the management team.
- Oversee various departments, including accounting, human resources, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury.
- Ensure effective operations across subsidiary companies and foreign operations.
- Manage third-party vendors and oversee transaction processing systems.
- Implement operational best practices to optimize efficiency.
- Oversee employee benefit plans to maximize cost-effectiveness.
- Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions.
- Oversee the issuance of financial information and personally review critical filings.
- Report financial results to senior leadership.
- Monitor and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile.
- Stay informed about open legal issues affecting the company and industry.
- Construct and maintain reliable control systems to ensure compliance.
- Maintain adequate insurance coverage and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Verify that record-keeping meets auditor requirements.
- Communicate risk issues to senior leaders.
- Maintain relationships with external auditors and investigate their findings.
- Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts to inform business decisions.
