Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced English language instructor to deliver high-quality online instruction. The ideal candidate will have expertise in teaching English as a second language and knowledge of the IELTS exam format.
This role requires a commitment to helping students achieve their language proficiency goals through effective, interactive, and engaging lessons.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct engaging online English language classes, focusing on improving speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Develop personalized learning plans tailored to students' specific goals and proficiency levels.
- Utilize digital tools and platforms to create interactive lessons and track student progress.
- Provide feedback and support to students, helping them identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest IELTS exam requirements.
- Manage virtual classrooms, ensuring a supportive and productive learning environment.
- Bachelor's degree in English, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Certification in TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or a similar qualification. Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching English as a second language, particularly in an online setting.
- Proven experience in IELTS preparation and familiarity with the exam structure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students.
- Experience with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
