UK's leading translation and interpretation company TRANSLATION EMPIRE is looking for an experienced Call Quality Agent with exceptional communication skills in English, for our office based in DHA1, Sector F, Rawalpindi.

Timings:

10 AM - 7 PM

Location:

DHA1, Sector F, Rawalpindi

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct English language assessments for new and existing employees, including interviews (both in-house and third-party).
  2. Monitor call quality daily for all employees (1-5 calls per day) and contribute to quality service delivery as a team member.
  3. Coach and mentor staff in Spoken English, Vocabulary, and Pronunciation, providing feedback via Quality Control.
  4. Provide customer service training specific to UK culture and UK English language; engage in ongoing training and development (CPD) to improve employees' English language skills.
  5. Perform QA of transcribed files.
  6. Develop, maintain, and manage auto-scored English language proficiency assessments to ensure effective communication skills among job applicants.
Qualifications:
  1. Graduate Degree (Master's/PhD) in English Literature, Applied Linguistics, Educational Linguistics, Psychology, or certifications like IELTS/PTE/TOEFL focused on language proficiency assessment and research.
  2. At least 4-5 years of experience in English teaching, preferably with IELTS/PTE or Cambridge English exams.
  3. Certifications such as IELTS, CEFR, PTE, Oxford English Test, or British Council experience are required.
  4. Experience coaching on accent and grammar is an advantage.
  5. Relevant national and international experience is a plus.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Familiar with UK English dialect.

  • Flexible and goal-oriented with teamwork skills.
