Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement technical solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
  • Build and maintain custom applications, triggers, and integrations in Salesforce.
  • Implement Omni-Channel features to enhance communication and improve customer experiences.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the Salesforce environment.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with teams to integrate Salesforce with other platforms and third-party applications.
  • Evaluate and ensure that Salesforce applications adhere to industry best practices and security protocols.
  • Maintain system upgrades, data migration, and routine maintenance tasks.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on new Salesforce releases and technologies to enhance platform capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with Salesforce development.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs for integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with declarative development tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules).
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model and best practices for customization.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and debug code efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I or II) Certification.
  • Experience with integration tools and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) for UI design.
