Data Cloud Architect (Part-Time)

A part-time opportunity awaits an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist to contribute their expertise to optimizing and maintaining our real-time customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud.

Your primary tasks will involve designing and implementing data pipelines, ensuring seamless integration with other Salesforce platforms, and generating valuable insights to drive business decisions. You'll collaborate closely with diverse teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to guarantee our data infrastructure is both robust and scalable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) solutions to consolidate customer data from various sources.
  • Coordinate the integration and management of customer data from multiple sources into Salesforce Data Cloud, resulting in comprehensive, unified customer profiles.
  • Establish and maintain real-time data processing solutions to meet business demands.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and other third-party data systems.
  • Develop tailored data models, workflows, and pipelines aligned with business objectives and performance standards.
  • Utilize Salesforce APIs, Data Streams, and other tools to personalize the data cloud experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Precisely define ETL processes and integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external platforms.
  • Foster close collaboration with business stakeholders, CRM teams, data engineers, and Salesforce consultants to synchronize Data Cloud solutions with business objectives.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP).
  • Proficiency in API integrations, event-driven architectures, and CRM data strategies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Commerce Cloud.
