We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our transformative education project in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will not only manage the operational aspects but also drive behavioral and systemic changes necessary to sustain the intervention.

Our mission is to transform education by improving student learning outcomes through innovative teaching methods, technology integration, and capacity building of educators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for project planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Manage a team to ensure high-quality outputs and timely task completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align project activities with organizational objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Project Management, Education, Social Sciences, Information Technology, Technology Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • A Master's degree in Education, Development Studies, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on education or social development projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in behavior change initiatives and systems change management.
  • Experience in the education sector, particularly with digital education solutions, is a strong advantage.
