Job Summary:

As an organizational design professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company's human resources function.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision making and translate complex data into actionable HR strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of organizational structure to optimize reporting lines, role clarity, and resource allocation across all sites.
  • Design and implement workforce planning strategies, including succession planning and job leveling, to support business growth and transformation initiatives.
  • Recommend structural changes to enhance collaboration, agility, and efficiency, collaborating with senior leadership and department heads.
  • Develop competency frameworks and organizational charts to align roles with industry best practices and strategic goals.
  • Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new structures, including stakeholder communication and training.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree in HR Management. Certification in HR analytics or Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus.
  • Experience: 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years specializing in organizational design and/or HR analytics. Experience in manufacturing or cement industry preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS, data visualization tools, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and organizational design software.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on data-driven solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence senior leadership.
  • Proven project management skills to lead transformation initiatives under tight deadlines.
