Job Description

As a senior systems analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving technological innovation and advancement within the organization. Your primary responsibility is to provide continuous support and enhancement for essential IT systems and their underlying infrastructure.

You will deliver initial and secondary support to approximately 200 users across multiple legal entities, addressing IT incidents through the help desk.

  • Manage system updates, coordinate testing, and ensure production readiness of the data that supports creation and maintenance of batch records.
  • Deliver continuous support to users in an environment based on Sage ERP, Payroll, Upflow, Certify, Salesforce, and various other systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess maintenance updates and upgrades to the systems, participate in all testing, and release to production of these changes to the platform.
  • Responsible for system management and delivery to assess new system capabilities.
  • Create, release, and modify reporting suites through Crystal and Business Intelligence.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum Bachelor's degree with a Computer Science background.
  • Sage Certification/Microsoft Certification would be a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in development/integration of ERP systems and customized applications.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Query Writing, Python, and .Net development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Development Platform and Crystal Reports.
  • Programming VBA macros.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
