Sysvoy International is a leading provider of IT solutions, seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Growth Executive to drive sales growth and expansion in the USA market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable with outreach, and possess a strong understanding of software sales and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various platforms, including LinkedIn, Email Marketing, and social media.
- Develop and deliver business proposals that meet client needs.
- Establish relationships with potential clients, listen to their concerns, and tailor presentations accordingly.
- Create frequent reviews and reports on sales and financial data.
- Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve better results.
- Seek feedback from customers and share it with internal teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the American software industry.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in American English.
- Strong understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales.
- Self-disciplined and motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Educational background in Software/IT.
