Travel Coordinator Role

Are you passionate about planning and organizing travel experiences for clients? We are seeking a skilled Travel Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and customizing travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and customize travel itineraries based on client needs.
  • Coordinate transportation, accommodations, and other travel services.
  • Manage travel documentation, including visas and insurance.

Client Relations
We prioritize exceptional customer service and strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for travelers. Your primary role will be to communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide advice on destinations, culture, and travel regulations. You will also address and resolve customer complaints or issues during the trip.

Supplier and Partner Management
You will build and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers. This involves negotiating contracts, securing the best rates and deals, and ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping. Additionally, you will coordinate transportation, transfers, and guided tours, handling last-minute changes and emergencies.

Marketing and Sales Support
Promote tour packages and travel deals through various channels. Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional materials. Conduct market research to identify new travel trends and customer preferences. Finally, maintain client records and travel documentation, process payments, refunds, and invoicing, and prepare travel reports and expense summaries.
