Job Role Overview

We seek an experienced Tax Compliance Manager to lead our team in providing high-quality tax services to clients across various industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service delivery, coordination, issue resolution, and contract management of large-scale projects. They will also support client engagements by coordinating with clients and internal team members, managing deadlines, and tracking engagement economics.

The role requires extensive knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards, relevant tax rules, procedures, and guidelines. Practical experience with regulatory topics including Prudential Reporting, Structural Reform; new accounting and compliance innovation; and/or business audit skills is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team providing high-quality tax services to clients
  • Manage service delivery, coordination, issue resolution, and contract management of large-scale projects
  • Support client engagements by coordinating with clients and internal team members
  • Prepare management reports, budgeting, analytical bookkeeping, financial health, and competitors' analysis
  • Establish standardized processes, identify risks, and drive performance-improvement solutions
  • Create, lead, and motivate high-performing teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials in accounting, business, finance, taxation, or related fields
  • MBA, Master's or related advanced degree and/or professional qualifications (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in a large professional services firm or similar environment
  • Extensive knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards, relevant tax rules, procedures, and guidelines
