Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project execution by collaborating with discipline teams and preparing technical documentation to support project delivery.
  • Develop Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDP), Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDP), and BIM Execution Plans (BEP) to streamline project workflows.
  • Deliver accurate asset information according to Uniclass 2015 Classification and UniFormat, understanding Level of Information Need (LOIN).
  • Guide clients in creating Organisational Information Requirements (OIR) and Asset Information Requirements (AIR) documentation to meet their specific needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in BIM coordination and management, preferably with leadership roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of BIM standards, including ISO 19650.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide the BIM team and collaborate with stakeholders.
