Pak Mac is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Assistant General Manager to report directly to the management and owners of the company. This key role requires strong leadership skills and experience in managing various aspects of business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Quotation Management: Develop and approve quotations that accurately reflect product costs and ensure timely execution of orders.
  2. Vendor Communication: Maintain effective relationships with vendors to secure the best possible deals and negotiate favorable terms.
  3. Client Relations: Foster strong connections with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Bidding and Procurement: Participate in bidding processes and oversee order processing, including procurement, invoicing, delivery, and payment reminders.
  5. Inventory Management: Ensure efficient stock management to meet client demands and minimize waste.
  6. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with service staff to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
Requirements
  1. Education: Master's degree in relevant fields such as Finance or Business.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years of experience, including:
    1. Managerial Experience: At least 4+ years of managerial experience.
    2. Sales Experience: 2+ years of sales experience.
  3. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Urdu, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  4. Critical Skills: Understanding of IT hardware and ability to manage a heavy workload during busy periods.
