
Regional General Manager

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
- Responsible for maximizing regional sales and revenue with an increased focus on customer satisfaction.
- Delivers regional business performance by managing design, construction, and operations of the local access network, and ensures the availability of resources to each division for optimal performance.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Local Access Network- Propose local access network plan in conjunction with CTO and divisional heads, authorize and oversee construction of access network.
- Operate and maintain local network by closely monitoring performance of divisions.
- Manage customer satisfaction level in the region.
- Ensure timely resolution of fault complaints.
- Ensure that product is installed on time.
- Retain and increase the subscriber base.
- Enhance existing revenue streams and optimize additional revenue streams at the regional level.
- Monitor and evaluate each division's performance against targets; take corrective actions as needed.
- Control regional operations using SAP/CMS, integrated at HQ level.
- Ensure the availability of resources for operations and maintenance.
- Ensure safety and security of all organizational installations under jurisdiction.
- Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through cost-efficient controls.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
Primary KPIs:
- Ensure networks are restored within stipulated time.
- Achieve revenue targets.
- Achieve PSTN gross and net sales targets.
- Reduce registered faults within the specified timeframe.
- Reduce PSTN repeat fault percentage to predefined levels.
- Provision quality service to customers.
Secondary KPIs:
- Ensure success of divisional revamp projects.
- Evaluate subordinate performance.
