Senior Frontend Developer

We are looking for a skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in modern Angular frameworks and frontend technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, and technical direction of large-scale projects, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership
    • Own the architecture, design, and technical direction for large-scale projects.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Lead technical reviews to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technology with business needs.
    • Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mentorship and Talent Acquisition
    • Mentor engineers at all levels, promoting a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
    • Participate in the recruitment process by identifying and interviewing technical talent.
  • Consulting Mindset
    • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through innovative technical solutions.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.
  • Professional Development
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies.
    • Provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in frontend development with a focus on Angular (latest versions).
  • Expertise in GraphQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design.
  • Strong understanding of unit testing, cross-browser compatibility, and frontend best practices.
  • Experience with state management tools like NgRx, Akita, or other state management libraries is a plus.
