About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer to lead our team in delivering high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and proposed architecture, leading the team members.
  • Participate in technical discussions with clients' teams and provide necessary guidance.
  • Lead estimation exercises with the team.
  • Contribute to cross-team initiatives such as component libraries.
  • Establish best practices for the team.
  • Deliver high-quality software products meeting stringent quality criteria.
  • Craft maintainable, scalable, and efficient code.
  • Balance collaborative work with self-directed initiatives.

Requirements

  • Possess a passion for product development and emerging technologies.
  • 3-5 years of experience in frontend development.
  • Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js.
  • Integration of Web Services Using REST, WebSockets, and Server Sent Events.
  • Familiarity with source control, Git, GitHub.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD setups, preferably using GitHub Actions.
  • Showcase creativity, enthusiasm, innovation, ambition, and readiness for a transformative journey.
  • Value potential over formal qualifications, substantiating capabilities through experience, GitHub contributions, and technical tests.
  • Command mastery over React and Next.js.
  • Demonstrate expertise in front-end technologies like TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience working on or building online rich text editors.
  • Possess proficiency in other technologies (such as Node.js, React Native, Java).
  • Thrive in agile team environments and contribute with self-initiative.
