We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in this challenging and rewarding role. As a Senior Business Solutions Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Configuring and Enhancing Workflow Processes: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain configuration, workflow, triggers, JSP helpers, task views, and underlying objects within IBM Open Pages (v8.1/8.2).
- Collaborating with Stakeholders: You will collaborate with the core project team, IT Application Support, Front End users, and IBM Solution Architects to configure and amend the Open Pages workflow and enhance the Model Risk Inventory system.
- Translating Requirements into Actionable Items: You will translate user requirements from User Stories/Use Cases and BRDs into actionable items, ensuring that business needs are met efficiently.
- Developing Innovative Solutions: You will work with the Product Owner, Solution & Platform Architects to identify necessary changes, create and agree on corresponding stories, and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Optimizing Automation Levels: You will optimize automation levels within the team to reduce human intervention in design, development, and operational lifecycles, including decisions on tooling for optimal performance.
- Fostering Collaboration: You will collaborate with the Agile Lead to ensure efficient flow of change activities and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
