Architectural Technologist Position

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will assist architects in designing and constructing buildings from concept to completion. They will create detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software, conduct site visits, and collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure designs meet building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop architectural plans and specifications for residential and commercial projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project deliverables meet quality and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role.
  • Proficient in CAD software and other design tools.
  • Knowledge of Pakistani building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with residential or commercial projects in Faisalabad or other Pakistani cities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
