About the Role:

We're looking for a results-driven Outreach Specialist to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in SaaS link building and a deep understanding of white-hat outreach strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role — remote or freelance applicants will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute manual outreach campaigns targeting relevant SaaS and tech sites.
  • Build relationships with editors, bloggers, and webmasters to secure high-quality backlinks.
  • Perform prospecting using tools like Ahrefs, Hunter.io, and LinkedIn.
  • Personalize email templates and manage outreach pipelines via tools like BuzzStream, Pitchbox, or Google Sheets.
  • Monitor backlink placements and ensure they align with anchor text and SEO strategy.
  • Collaborate with content, SEO, and marketing teams to align outreach goals with growth targets.
  • Track KPIs (response rate, placement rate, DR range) and provide performance reports.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS link building/outreach.
  • Demonstrated track record of getting backlinks from SaaS blogs or high-authority domains (DR 50+).
  • Strong written communication skills — you must be able to write compelling and professional outreach emails.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
  • Comfortable working with CRM or outreach management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns at once.
  • Must be available to work on-site at our Faisalabad office.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with anchor text strategy and link tracking.
  • Existing relationships with SaaS industry editors or webmasters.
  • Knowledge of guest posting, niche edits, and resource page link building.
  • Passion for SEO and SaaS industry trends.
