We are seeking an enthusiastic and courteous coffee shop professional with a passion for food and beverage preparation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, answering their questions, taking orders, accepting payments, and preparing and serving food and drinks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers, inform them about specials or new items, answer questions, and accept orders and payments.
  • Prepare foods such as sandwiches, baked goods, grind coffee beans, brew coffee and tea, and serve items to customers.
  • Packaging food and beverages for sale.
  • Sell coffee and tea blends, highlight differences between items, and educate customers on brewing methods.
  • Clean and restock work and dining areas, empty trash, sanitize equipment, and utensils.
  • Continuously learn about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to enhance quality.
  • Update signage and displays to attract customers.
  • Take inventory and replenish items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.
  • Collaborate with a fun, high-energy team.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service is preferred.
  • Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills.
  • Able to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to work during peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced, efficient environment.
