  • Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to relevant boards.
  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates through databases and social media platforms.
  • Screening candidate resumes and applications.
  • Conducting interviews using reliable tools and methods.
  • Evaluating applicants' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Orienting new employees to ensure smooth integration.
  • Maintaining HR best practices.
  • Providing data-driven reports to stakeholders.
  • Building influential relationships with candidates during the selection process.
