About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  3. Email and Correspondence: Handle deadlines, emails, and other correspondence, responding promptly and professionally.
  4. Filing Systems: Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
  5. Viewings Coordination: Coordinate property viewings, communicating with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  6. Contract Preparation: Assist with preparing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents as required.
  7. Market Research: Conduct research and gather market data to support decision-making processes.
  8. Team Collaboration: Work with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • English Proficiency: Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the estate agency industry is a strong advantage.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
