Visual Creative Lead

We are seeking a skilled Visual Creative Lead to spearhead the design of our visual identity, encompassing all marketing materials, digital assets, and print collateral. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of brand development, visual identity, and the ability to work within established brand guidelines.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing designs that align with established brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, digital assets, and print collateral.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and iterate on creative projects such as website assets, social media graphics, email templates, presentations, and print collateral.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
  • Maintain and update a personal design portfolio showcasing your best work and creative process.
  • Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma, PowerPoint, and Adobe Illustrator (other Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and InDesign are a plus).
  • Strong understanding of brand development, visual identity, and the ability to work within existing brand guidelines.
  • A portfolio demonstrating creative work across various formats (print and digital) and showcasing the ability to create cohesive designs that meet brand guidelines.
  • Preferred Skills:

  • A basic understanding of web design and front-end development (HTML/CSS) is beneficial.
