Job Title: Operations Management Professional

As a key member of our team, we are seeking an experienced Operations Management Professional to join us in ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.

Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to conduct regular site visits and maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance across various departments and premises.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving administrative staff grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • This role requires strong communication skills to guide administrative staff in creating a pleasant work environment and highlighting the benefits associated with it.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing all administrative operations, including reception, security, general purchasing, and housekeeping, to ensure they run smoothly. If any issues arise, you will provide solutions to problems.
  • We require an administrative professional to provide support in organizing company events.
  • This role involves implementing departmental and external SOPs and policies, as well as modifying them when necessary with input from relevant stakeholders.
  • You will collaborate with suppliers and vendors to finalize quotations and obtain approvals from senior management.
