Responsible to maintain staff MIS in MS.Excel and Word, keep the data updated, check every document provided by the staff and verify. Recover all the missing documents by calling. Perform all tasks assigned by the management, assistant supervisors, and prepare a report of daily activities. Responsible to call and arrange interviews of shortlisted candidates and send the data of selected candidates to the client. Responsible to manage HR Operational activities independently in case supervisors are out of the office. Resolve employees' queries and prepare a report. Resolve clients' queries and prepare a report.
Job SpecificationExcellent communication skills, command of computer software such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. Presentable and excellent interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of HR and labor laws will be a plus point. Potential to grow further and able to lead a team of HR. Command over Urdu and English language.
