Job Description:
A highly skilled IT Sales Executive is required to join our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and provide solutions to their IT needs.

Tender & Proposal Management:
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing tender documents, technical specifications, and customer requirements thoroughly. They will then prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, including detailed BOQs, architecture diagrams, and compliance documents. Ensuring all submissions are accurate, professionally formatted, and meet all tender requirements and deadlines is also a key responsibility.

Technical & Pre-Sales Support:
Engaging with clients to gather and assess network and system requirements is a critical aspect of this role. Conducting site surveys and translating business needs into scalable network and infrastructure designs is also essential. The successful candidate will support the sales team in technical meetings, presentations, and RFP clarifications, creating detailed solution presentations, implementation plans, compliance sheets, and diagrams as needed.

Vendor & OEM Coordination:
Working with OEMs, vendors, and suppliers to gather up-to-date product specs, datasheets, and pricing is a key responsibility. Ensuring compatibility of third-party components with the proposed solution architecture is also crucial. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in pre-sales or solution design for IT infrastructure (networking, servers, storage, security, etc.).
  • Strong technical knowledge in Networking (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs), Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), Network & endpoint security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, etc.), and Proficient in proposal creation tools: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Experience with public sector tenders, procurement portals, and compliance processes.


About the Job:
This mid-senior level full-time position is part of the Sales and Business Development team, focusing on IT Services and IT Consulting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Certifications include CCNA / CCNP, MCSA / MCSE, VMware VCP, Fortinet NSE certifications, and ITIL Foundation.
