Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities include developing and managing project plans and schedules, monitoring and tracking project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans and schedules, including timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage project dependencies and facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including project sponsors, business stakeholders, and development teams.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage complex project plans and schedules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically to identify solutions to complex problems.
  • Experience with project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar applications.
  • Project management certification, such as PMP or Prince2, is highly desirable.
