Ocean Freight Export LCL Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Ocean Freight Export LCL Operations Manager to supervise our Customer Services, Documentation, and Operations Teams.
- Manage internal and external departmental issues with clients, carriers, and co-loaders, resolving problems efficiently.
- Review Bills of Lading (BLs) before issuing original BLs.
- Sign original BLs for Ocean Freight Export LCL shipments.
- Supervise Ocean Freight Export LCL Customer Services Team.
- Manage Ocean Freight Export LCL Documentation and Operations Teams.
- Coordinate with carriers regarding payments and issues related to the release of Master Bills of Lading (MBLs).
- Address and resolve customer and agent complaints.
- Obtain FIATA, AVALON, and Bond certificates from relevant associations.
- Ensure the achievement of departmental KPIs.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in Ocean Freight Export LCL operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Strong multitasking ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional follow-up skills to ensure tasks and projects are completed in a timely manner.
