Job Description:

  • Plan and Control Daily Production: Develop and implement production plans that meet customer demands, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all produced materials meet the desired quality standards, with zero tolerance for off-spec batches.
  • Debottlenecking and Optimization: Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, implementing modifications and improvements to enhance plant efficiency.
  • Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Oversee HSE activities in the plant premises, maintaining a safe working environment for employees and adhering to industry regulations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and maintain various reports on plant performance, production metrics, and resource utilization.
  • Liaison with Departments: Collaborate with supply chain, purchase, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth production operations, including machine maintenance and material availability.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.Sc. Chemical Engineering or M.Sc. Chemistry
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in chemical production, with a strong background in process management and optimization.
  • Age: 25-40 years

Estimated Salary: Rs. 250,000 - 500,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
