Results-Driven Google Ads Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic ad plans that maximize return on investment (ROI), increase conversions, and strengthen brand presence online.

  • Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max) to drive business growth.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to enhance campaign performance.
  • Monitor and adjust campaign budgets, bids, and ad spend efficiency to ensure optimal results.
  • Create compelling ad copy in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (click-through rate, cost-per-click, return on ad spend, conversions).
  • Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with marketing, SEO, and sales teams to align paid ads with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Google Ads Manager or similar role with a strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with keyword research tools and bid management software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Google Ads Certification (desired).
  • Ability to manage budgets and deliver strong ROI.
