Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects across cross-functional teams, aligning with the product roadmap and release deadlines.
  • Create detailed product feature tickets for development teams, establishing clear timelines and tracking release cycles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop new feature ideas, ensuring alignment with organizational vision and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with team members to craft end-user guides, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Analyze team weaknesses and develop strategies to enhance skill sets.
  • Support hiring efforts and coordinate interviews for product development and engineering teams.
  • Advocate for customers throughout the product design and development process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Management Information Systems, Computer Information Sciences, or Software Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager.
  • Advanced knowledge of Project Management principles and practices.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies and development planning tools like Jira.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English required.
