Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for the client, maintaining regular communication and providing updates on project progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct project planning and resource allocation, ensuring appropriate staffing and skill sets are available for each project phase.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
  • Foster effective collaboration and communication among team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor project performance and metrics, providing regular reports and status updates to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies, implementing best practices and lessons learned.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Technical Project Manager, successfully delivering mobile and web projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, with expertise in utilizing Jira for task management.
  • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, manage expectations, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices, ensuring projects are executed with efficiency and adaptability.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of problem-solving and making data-driven decisions to drive project success.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in the face of challenges.
