We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Strategist to join our team at Beam AI. As a key member of our Go-To-Market (GTM) team, you'll be responsible for driving lead generation, market analysis, and customer acquisition. Your goal will be to grow our client portfolio and expand our market share by leveraging your expertise in marketing and sales.

The Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in growth, marketing, sales, or GTM-related roles, preferably in B2B SaaS, AI, or enterprise tech. You should have a strong understanding of buyer personas, customer journeys, and B2B sales cycles. Additionally, you should be comfortable working with data, analyzing metrics, and optimizing funnels for better performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social, SEO, paid ads, and partnerships to attract high-value prospects and build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to gather insights that inform positioning, pricing, and messaging for our products and services.
  • Continuously optimize funnels, messaging, and outreach playbooks to improve conversion rates and drive growth.
