Job Title: Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff and prepare work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
  • Assign specific duties to team members and monitor their performance.
  • Ensure timely troubleshooting at clients' end and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop relationships with prospects, customers, and channel partners.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and other department members as a team player.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of wireless networks, routing, switching configuration, wireless P2P links, firewalls, UBNT AP and client-side devices configuration/troubleshooting, NMS software installation/optimization, VLAN, access control lists, policy-based routing, and troubleshooting skills.

A bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant industry experience are preferred.
